This commit is only used for the official release on the Maven repository (no code changes compared to 0.25.0 version of the Eclipse Update site [1]).

The command used was: mvn org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-versions-plugin:set-version -Dmaven.repo.local=./.repositoryMaven -DnewVersion=0.25.0
