Add-simple-devcontainer-infra

What:

This PR containerizes Yase. Now it is possible to play around with Yase within the container and all necessary dependencies are already installed. Currently there is not much magic, but when integrating the osc2 frontend with the antlr4 dependency, then this is very helpful for beginners.

@rparisha2 Can you confirm if this works with the Osc1.x frontend?
