Enhance coordinate converter

Andreas Rauschert requested to merge enhance_coordinate_converter into main
  • the lane to inertial coordinate conversion now also returns the orientation of the lane at that position to fix gt-gen-core#12 (closed)
  • fixed some compiler errors for the tests (unsigned UniqueId->signed LaneId, include optional)
  • simplified logic in road_logic_suite.cpp
