Update links in READMA

When merging I receive the following error message: "Author did not have a signed ECA on file".

@adascri Can you please check if you have signed the ECA? You should do it over your Eclipse profil.

@adascri This is the answer from the EF. I think there went something wrong with the mail adress of the commit. Can you change it to the mail adress which you used to sign the ECA?

The issue is related to the last commit and committer email:

It should be fairly easy to amend this commit in Arun fork with proper email.

Should be resolved now. Could you please check again?

It's strange. I still receive following error:

What do you think about waiting until you have become committer since this commit has no high priority.
