Identify host also for converted dSPACE Model Desk scenarios

In dSPACE Model Desk scenarios the host vehicle is called "M1: ...". When using a converter from model desk format to xosc format, the entity name persists. In OpenSCENARIO 1 there is no convention for a host name, so "M1: ..." is also valid. We need to identify the host vehicle in our simulator in every scenario for different reasons. E.g. to provide proper OSI GT output for the Host vehicle, to calculate the environment around the host vehicle...
