fix: Remove setting of vertical offset

The vertical_offset is already set in gtgencore here: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/openpass/gt-gen-core/-/blob/main/Core/Environment/GtGenEnvironment/Internal/entity_producer.cpp#L263
