Change std::endl to '\n'
Rename PreconditionIsNot to PreConditionsNot
Remove dynamic_casts from EXPECT_CALL
Remove EXPECT_CALL when not called
Split TimeHeadwayConditionTestForCoordinateSystem tests based on whether they use freespace
Introduce using testing::_ and using testing::Return
