CI: Cleanup script doesn't wipe dist directory

The cleanup script doesn't delete the dist folder here: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/openpass/opSimulation/-/blob/develop/utils/ci/scripts/10_prepare.sh#L27

It looks like this is part of an issue described here, where outdated GUI files are zipped into an artifact.
