.clang-format from simopenpass

For consistency, I've copied the .clang-format file of simopenpass::simopenpass and applied it to all files. See this as a discussion, as the .clang-format file is not yet officially enforced and hence not completly stable.

I'm happy for discussions about the one or the other flag. Yet, I'd like to have the same formatting over all simopenpass::* projects.
