Introduce the CMake option MantleAPI_INSTALL_MOCKS to install the mock headers and add the target MantleAPI::Mocks. GTest will be installed when MantleAPI_INSTALL_MOCKS is ON.

Resolves #58 (closed)

The program was tested solely for our own use cases, which might differ from yours.
