Upload txt file with dependencies for Eclipse Dash

@adascri the txt file contains all gt-gen dependencies (both core ans simulator)

In addition, I added some info to the NOTICE.md which I found in the notice file of gt-gen-simulator

The program was tested solely for our own use cases, which might differ from yours.
