fix: Update kCoreInformationSchemaVersion to work with opVisualiser

Andrii Chumak requested to merge andriichumak/gt-gen-core:updates-kcoreinfromation-schemaversion into main

opVisualizer requires "schemaVersion": "0.3.1" so that after merge script in openPASS creates a simulationOutput.xml, the file has the version opVisualizer expects.
