Update reference line according new osi version
requested to merge daniilnikulin/gt-gen-core:wolfram_update_reference_line_according_new_osi_version into main
In OSI 3.7 ReferenceLine type contains new fields: osi::ReferenceLine::type and osi::ReferenceLinePoint::t_axis_yaw
The goal of this MR is to fill these new fields in osi::ReferenceLine type
