chore: Update to new MantleAPI

With the new MantleAPI we distinguish between 3d models for entities and their type name. Please see the dependant MR for more details.

The reference to the MantleAPI will be adjusted to the actual tag once this MR has been reviewed, the MantleAPI MR is merged and a tag created.

The change is backward-compatible. Gecco can handle the previous and the new version of VehicleProperties as expected parameter input. The json output doesn't change.
