REUSE Compliance
Three patch files (clearly indicated in .reuse/dep5) add some new files
to the target codebase, and such new files bear SPDX headers with
deprecated SPDX license identifiers (GPL-2.0 and GPL-2.0+). Even if the
correct license identifiers are used in .reuse/dep5 for such patch
files, 'reuse lint' command looks for SPDX headers within source files
first, so it returns error, complaining about deprecated license ids.
We let reuse check fail for now, since it does not prevent the
generation of SPDX SBoM.
