docker: Helper to build in container

This can be be useful to check reproducibility at developer's side in a reference environement.

Debian's 11 was used as base because it ships upstream's repo while Ubuntu-20.04 LTS didn't.

Debian-11 seems to be well supported despite bitbake's warning.

Note jasmine release took 67G of storage and half a day to rebuild on Intel Core i5.

Kirkstone is 72G and 2H on HUAWEI's MACHC-WAX9 (C100)
