weston-init: Ignore weston's WorkingDirectory

Oniro's homedirs are limited to oniro user so there is no '/home/weston' directory

I noticed it's working without (like before) so let's avoid this feature for now

An other working alternative would be to overload a WESTON_HOME='/tmp' variable (to introduce in upstream recipe too)
