rauc: use "Eclipse Oniro" in RAUC signing keys

Our insecure RAUC signing keys are valid for a year and were meant to be periodically refreshed without keeping backwards compatibility, since that was not the goal of the insecure keys.

Change the branding and re-generate the keys.

This may fail on upgrades in CI, this is expected.
