Draft: Integrate checkbox into the test image

There are several new python recipes, one of which updates the recipe already present in oe-core (requests) and another that updates meta-python (charset-normalizer). Checkbox itself is fresh from the upstream release I've made (1.18.1) but includes three unreleased patches for compatibility with latest version of jinja2.
