default.xml: add meta-secure-core

Marta Rybczynska requested to merge mrybczyn/oniro:feature/adding-ledge into kirkstone

meta-secure-core provides security features like UEFI secure boot, key store, TPM, IMA and more. It is also a dependency for the LEDGE work. This revision supports kirkstone.
