Validate that all listed peripherals on the RPi3/RPi4 boards are working

The peripherals are listed in a body of the epic.

Everything else but the above should have been tested already through our blueprints. I would mark the remaining items above as a stretch goals.

Thanks @agherzan for the comment. Sure, but let's leave it for @lucafavaretto. He has already included it also in this test plan (the test coverage). He will check and decide what exactly should be tested based on the current status (same for meta-zephyr#39 (closed))

As I said, these peripherals were tested during development. The test and validation team will pick it up when validating the main Epic for Raspberry Pi support. Hence, closing this issue.
