Reorganize SQUAD groups and projects

We want to have kind of a simple overview in what is tested in Oniro project with some figures in SQUAD.
Description
To achive this, groups and projects in SQUAD need to be re-organized a bit. This includes first navigating SQUAD admin and updating some build refernces. Additionally, gitlab CI need to be updated to submit jobs to the corresponding projects.
We will use groups to describe type of testing:
- scheduled (daily)
- merge request testing
- release testing
We will use projects to describe a specific testing areas:
- ltp
- networking
- checkbox
- gcc
- sysota
- etc...
