Add one more C61 to the WRC lab

Let's add one more C61 (provided by Stevan) in our portfolio in the WRC lab:

• Check what additional HW is needed and request it (i.e. for a worker)
• Check that one more C61 can be run under same puszka and connect it
• Communicate with Linaro to add the setup into the LAVA instance
• Run all kind of jobs for the target and be sure that there is no issues
