Black screen and 'no signal' displayed on HDMi monitor

What is the action to reproduce the bug?

1. Build the Oniro image using: TEMPLATECONF=../oniro/flavours/linux . \ ./oe-core/oe-init-build-env build-oniro-linux-raspberrypi4-64 and MACHINE=raspberrypi4-64 bitbake oniro-image-base
2. Flash the image in the SD Card cd tmp/deploy/images/raspberrypi4-64 sudo bmaptool copy oniro-image-base-raspberrypi4-64.wic.bz2 /dev/sdc
3. Turning on the board

What is the result you see?

4 raspberry symbols are displayed on the left up corner, after that we have a black screen with a 'no signal' message

What is the result you expect?

We expect to have a working display where setup and configurate the board
