Boot QEMU system with OpenHarmony components as part of CI pipeline, marking the CI pipeline as failed if boot fails.

In scope

• Testing of Oniro image with OpenHarmony components (openharmony-standard recipe).

Out of Scope

• Testing of OpenHarmony images (built with OpenHarmony build system)

Acceptance Criteria

CI pipeline is extended with a job that marks the entire pipeline failed if booting of image with openharmony-standard packages installed fails.
