Integration of Matter examples into Oniro

Description

The Matter SDK comes with a set of examples. A few of them will be usable for testing, development and also CI. We need to ensure to build and package these next to the core library and tooling.

• Research the set of examples we want to use in Oniro
• Build and package these examples in the matter Yocto recipe, or additional ones
• Run smoke test with these examples on target
• Merge changes into Oniro
