Enable necessary drivers in defconfig file, check device tree configuration, perform functionality test using user space tools and utilities.

This support was dropped from Oniro 2.0.0 release as its development didn't catch the release deadline. As this was a stretch goal for 2.0.0, we are dropping the parent Epic and leaving it open for later release development.
