Upstream released the kirkstone branch so we use the latest revision of
that. This bump includes a set of recipe bumps (including kernel and
firmware) and various other fixes and tweaks.

All our revisions now are based on kirkstone. We have checked all the
revisions to correspond to the upstream kirkstone branches (when
available) and updated the ones that are a bit behind.

The revision is not only for pinned SHAs. It can also use branches -

The Raspberry Pi upstream kernel tree has been rebased and the git
revision referenced to fetch has disappeared. After the update in
meta-raspberrypi to a working revision we can now bump and fix fetch
problems in Oniro.

Add support for 4GB boards, splitting and replacing the MACHINE variable
`seco-imx8mm-c61` with `seco-imx8mm-c61-Xgb`, where X can be 2 or 4,
depending on the installed DRAM in the target machine.

This update brings few CVE fixes (vim, ncurces, glib, etc) as well as
bind and python updates. We had python updated downstream and bind is
unsupported so the update should not break current API.

The blueprint layer was the only layer having a dependency on the
homeassistant layer. With the meta-oniro-blueprint now handled
externally, as a separate repository, we can remove this dependency and
deal with it in the respective blueprint layer.

This introduced a build error on linux-seco for C61. Due to this merge
happening while the GitLab transition was in progress, the CI didn't
pick it up and it was merged without a CI check. We are currently
investigating the build issue and while doing it, we revert the
offending commit.
