bind: Fix wrong bbappend rename

db2d47e5 was supposed to bump the version of a bbappend but it also moved the recipe as an unwanted side effect effectively masking the bbappend. Move it back in place. Signed-off-by: Andrei Gherzan <andrei.gherzan@huawei.com>
