Research sleepy end node support in OpenThread on Zephyr
Description
With Thread 1.2 there has been added better support for sleepy end devices (SED). This should significantly improve the life time of any battery powered sensor device. In this issue we want to explore the current implementation status of this functionality on OpenThread on Zephyr.

Research if/how this is implemented in the current OpenThread snapshot used in Zephyr -
Try to get this working on Zepyhr with OpenThread (time boxed as this could easily be a bigger project)
