Zephyr test suites list definition

Investigate which test apps from Zephyr upstream we want to build and run.

For now I know that we need to exclude all the tests with fixtures.

Once the list is complete, include it in the configuration files, i.e. https://booting.oniroproject.org/distro/meta-zephyr/-/blob/oniro/main/meta-zephyr-core/recipes-kernel/zephyr-kernel/zephyr-kernel-test.inc
