Remove Nitrogen and nRF52840 DK from list of supported HW in RTD

We will not support Nitrogen and nRF52840 DK in Oniro. The tasks is about:

• removing it from the RTD section (https://docs.oniroproject.org/en/latest/oniro/hardware-support/index.html)
• checking (grep) if the board are mentioned in other places in docs and discuss with Adam about removing

From the main branch yes. Let's do not compile them. Can we have them only archive somewhere?

@aszpilko There are some occurrences of NRF52840 in this blueprint description: transparent_gateway and transparent_details, but as far as I understand we should not delete NRF from those files. Am I right?

Yes, this about the USB dongle. @stefanschmidt , could you confirm it (we would like to remove the Nordic board and all dependencies, not the dongle by itself)?

Indeed. Please leave the nordic USB dongle stuff in the transparent gateway as-is. They are not part of our supported boards story in Oniro.
