implement pipelines also for Oniro repos other than the main one

As described at point 2 and at point 3.1 of our initial analysis, pipelines should be run against both the project manifest repo and the repos of first party layers.

Currently we have a mixed situation, because we have implemented pipelines only for the Oniro main repo (https://booting.oniroproject.org/distro/oniro/) which includes the manifest and most first party layers - but not all of them.

We need to implement the pipeline also for other repos found in https://booting.oniroproject.org/distro
