zephyr-blueprint-doorlock*.bb : add images for different lock variant

The default zephyr-blueprint-doorlock image builds only the LED variant of the doorlock which is not even a real doorlock but just a doorlock simulated on the board's LED light.

Adding two images:

• zephyr-blueprint-doorlock-rotating: for the doorlock rotating variant
• zephyr-blueprint-dootlock-solenoid: for the doorlock solenoid variant
