cats: bump to latest version, switch license to Apache-2.0

  • bump cats recipe to latest revision: latest revision introduce multiple screens, switching screen on swipe, and a license switch to Apache-2.0
  • since cats license is now Apache-2.0 switching license in the recipe accordingly, and update license checksum
