Deployment on a HPC

The users should be given the ability to deploy the pipeline on partner HPC-Clusters. A button must be added to deployment and it must open a modal which requires users to fill in information about the cluster. The deployment must be as easy as current deployment on playground.

Current work

• Install unicorn CLI
• Test Unicorn Docker Image
• Apply for access to a server with Unicorn
• Test Unicorn for deploying our pipelines
• Convert Containers to apptainer
• Upload apptainers via unicore
• Convert Orchestrator to a HPC usable script
• Check network connection
