Automate publishing tutorial models.

This merge request focuses on automating the onboarding and publishing of the tutorial models (house price prediction, training pipeline aka - new classifier, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition) during the installation phase. I have created a new folder titled deploy-models under the AIO folder, which holds the scripts and details of the mentioned models.
