Fix: Catalog filters partially cut off

Hi everyone! My name is Jonathan and this is my first contribution to this project. Looking forward to your review!

This PR is to fix the cut off of the filters on few catalog results. I have also done a few cosmetic changes to the filters like fixing paddings/margins and some legacy css overrides.

You can recreate this bug by navigating to "/dashboard/catalogs" and selecting "analysis" in the tags section of the filters. I have added a picture down below to show the issue.
