Resolve "Remove dependencies to deprecated bundle org.eclipse.xtext.generator for Xtext 2.27 compat"

First commit removes o.e.e.generators.fsmtest bundles from repo (instead of migrating to use non-deprecated xtext generator) Second commit removes references in META-INF files.

Verified by checking no errors present when building plugins in Eclipse 06-2022 which includes xtext 2.27 (as well as usual CI build passing)
