#641 SeText generator prints BNF file path + menu item with option dialog

Dennis Hendriks requested to merge 641-setext-generator-should-print-path-to-written-bnf-file into develop
  • SeText generator now prints the path of written BNF file.
  • SeText generator now has a second menu item, that shows the option dialog, allowing to configure non-default settings.
  • SeText generator menu items are renamed to reflect that it may generate a scanner and/or parsers.
