#460 Split CIF data-based synthesis documentation to multiple files/pages

• Probably easier to review per commit.
• Mostly just a split into separate pages.
• Some content changes, like more descriptive page titles, referring to data-based synthesis tool at start of each page, updated/additional section linking, moving of a small paragraph, and some other small textual changes. Improving the data-based synthesis documentation is however in principle out-of-scope for this merge request.
• The sub-sections of the data-based synthesis tool have been reordered to a more logical order.
