#424 Add check for using functions as data

Pretty much done with the cif2plc pre-checker, I think I only miss the check of trying to use a user-defined function as data.

Folded it into the ExprNoSpecificExprs checker.

Also deleted an old test expectations file, as its Java file got renamed around a day ago.
