#280 Debugging simulator code doesn't work

  • The .launch file is now fixed (as in 'it is no longer generated').
  • We generate a _DebugSimulator.java file that is called via the .launch file.
  • The classpath is now resolved correctly.
  • We use JUnit Plug-in Test.
