#195 Oomph setup: configure Java code templates.

  • Now by default JavaDoc templates are applied (e.g. for new classes).
  • Removed '@author' from all the JavaDoc templates.
  • Added Eclipse ESCET license header at top of new files.
    • Copyright line automatically includes the current year.
