Decide on the format that the TCK adapter should return on inline tests
We need to choose the format expected by the TCK for inline tests.
Currently, we are considering two solutions:
- The first is to use the same format as for block tests, i.e., a document containing a single paragraph composed of a list of inlines. This allows for consistency between inline and block tests since the TCK adapter will always return a document block at the root.
- The other solution is to expect only a list of inlines. This solution is justified by the fact that the TCK will make assertions only on the list of inlines. Indeed, there is little interest in making assertions on the "envelope" (that is, the encapsulation of inlines in a paragraph and a document).
