fix: update the CMakeLists

Context

This MR mainly adds this fix to the CMakeLists:

• set CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX

but also updates the following points for coherence with other modules:

• update CMake minimum version
• set CXX_STANDARD to 14
• add ENABLE_ASANoption
