Feat speed up pad

Context

This MR is not linked to any issue but rather a test to try further the syntax I've developped for aidge_backend_cpu!160 (comment 3849928). I believe this syntax is OpenMP compatible.

⚠️ NOTE : this MR depends on modifications done for !41 (merged), plz merge !41 (merged) before this one.
