Improvements and fixes

• update computeReceptiveField() to use dimensions coordinates instead of flat index
• improve GraphView::replace() for cases where removed operator had multiple outputs also in the GraphView
• add isAtomic() function in Operator to detect if the operator is a MetaOperator
• Merge with 'vit_operator' branch
