[Chore](Export) Remove uneeded macros

Context

This Export CPP MR allows to enable the AIDGE_CMP and SAVE_OUTPUTS options directly from the Makefile.
Therefore this MR removes them from the forward template.

Also there was a small generation issue as some libraries were included on the same line.
