Improved scheduling tutorial

This MR aims at improving the Scheduling tutorial to demonstrate more advanced concepts:

• Add an example of dataflow C-P model;
• Add getFactorizedScheduling() method, that factorizes repetitive sequences in the static scheduling;
• Add binding for Elts_t struct;
• Fix bug #230 (closed).
